The Process

  1. Submit your booking request at www.diningabode.com.au/bookings/
  2. dining abode will respond to your booking request via email. If a specific date is requested, dining abode will also confirm if the requested date is available.
  3. For parties of 20 or more guests, dining abode will make an appointment for you to meet with Thomas Johns to discuss menu, logistics and to visit the venue.
  4. dining abode will send you an initial cost based on menu selection and number of guests. All menu options are available at www.diningabode.com.au/food/
  5. Should you decide to proceed with booking dining abode, a booking form will be sent to you via email where a minimum deposit will be required to secure your booking.
  6. Menu selections will need to be confirmed 10 days prior to the event. However, you can contact dining abode at anytime for assistance with menu selections or general queries.
  7. Number of guests will need to be confirmed 7 days prior to the event
  8. Should there be any change to the initial booking, such as additional courses, number of guests etc, dining abode will send you a revised final cost.
  9. On the day of the event, the dining abode team will arrive 1 hour prior to guests’ arrival.
  10. The dining abode team will set up the table etc prior to the function commencing.
  11. dining abode will provide cutlery, crockery and printed menus with an option to have a special message printed on the menus.
  12. The host is to provide glassware, linen and any table adornments unless there has been a prior request for dining abode to supply.
  13. On completion, there will be a full kitchen clean-down.
  14. Balance of the bill can be paid in one of three ways 1) at the event via mobile Eftpos machine, 2) EFT payment to be made prior to the event, 3) payment can also be made via credit card prior to the event
