Dining Abode’s signature degustation menu is designed to be a celebration of private dining synergy. This menu is designed for groups that enjoy tasting a progression of seasonal and inspiring dishes with the touch of personal chef, Thomas Johns who will provide an introduction to each course.

Cured Ocean Trout, Avocado, Wasabi, White Radish & Citrus Ponzu
Cod Fillet, Scallop, Black Fungi & Seaweed Emulsion
Crisp Pork Belly, Watermelon, Horseradish & Vanilla
Duck Breast, Five Spice, Corn & Mandarin Sauce 

Beef Scotch Fillet, Parsley Emulsion, Hot Mustard & Charred Onions 

Lemon, Apple & Green Tea
Dark Chocolate, Passionfruit Mousse, Pineapple & Blood Orange Sorbet

8-course degustation at $175 per person

  • Cost includes preparation, set-up, execution of the event, clean-down, cutlery and crockery.
  • There is no guarantee that Thomas Johns will the chef in attendance at your event. In his place would be Dining Abode’s Head Chef. Please note all preparation and menu creation for all events is carried out by Thomas Johns.
